SWIMMING

Top Baller Athletics Swim Coaching provides fundamental swim instruction for the beginner, while further developing the skills of the advanced swimmer. All swimmers will incorporate agility, strength, endurance, and balance into their overall training.

For the beginner swimmer:

Swim coaching will provide basic water entry skills and stroke development.

For the advanced swimmer:

Stroke technique and analysis of: Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle

Dry land workouts will be incorporated to further develop and enhance the swimmers stroke, strength and endurance.
